How many times are leaders put into leadership positions before they’re ready? Often people are promoted because they’re “great at the work” but that doesn’t mean that they’re ready to lead the work.

Tori was one of these people. When working in corporate side of education, she had the opportunity to lead various teams almost immediately. But here’s the kicker…there was no training to be the leader that they needed. Sure, most people appreciated her laid back leadership style, but she made mistakes, she damaged relationships, she delayed projects. However there was a bright side - she learned to be better every step of the way.

Tori found that asking the right questions and saying less unlocked hidden potential in those she led and the results were undeniable. She was able to be the thought-partner and guide to others that she needed for herself. And with that, Tori’s passion for coaching was born.

Now, Tori helps leaders and business owners to expose unexplored possibilities and achieve their vision. She loves to work with leaders as they manage competing priorities, plan strategically, make decisions, navigate change, create the right culture, support employees, and implement new strategies.

When Tori isn’t coaching, you’ll find her in a group-fitness class, hanging with her two pups, or planning an escape to somewhere tropical.
